This cute, cottage style house was built in 1891, and was added onto through the years. It is located on the corner of 200 E and 200 N in Provo, at 187 E 200 N. It is seven blocks from BYU campus, and about two blocks from Historic Downtown Provo and the Provo City Center Temple. The house is for six single women.
The fully furnished spacious rooms include four bedrooms (two private and two shared), two bathrooms, a living room, large kitchen with lots of cupboards and drawers, a garbage disposal, microwave, dish washer, stove and refrigerator. There is also a laundry room with free washer and dryer, and a storage room.
On and off street parking is available. There is also a spacious front yard and covered back patio.
The 207th ward meets in a church off campus and the leadership and members are very friendly.
Fast response is always the case with any maintenance issues. Cleaning checks are done monthly. Everyone receives a separate assigned task sheet. It is not necessary to be there. Just have the tasks completed.
